4 Months of Weightlifting Programming For Strength and Technique
Choose between a 3 or 4 day/wk self-guidedprogram that contains 4 different 4 week cycles over. Each cycle brings new challenges but builds off of the technique and strength gained from the previous month.
- Perfect For: Any level and athlete. The intension is to focus on overall strength and technique in the skill lifts.
- Duration: Each program should take 1-1.5 hours depending on day and cycle.
