3 Months of Self-Guided Weightlifting Programming
This is a self-guided program that contains 12 weeks of programming. Each cycle is 4 weeks long and brings new challenges, but builds off of the technique and strength gained from the previous one. Built directly into this program is the ability to choose to do 3, 4, or 5 days of programming. The program guides you on what three days you must do, and what days are helpful, but not required.
- Perfect For: Any level and athlete. The intention is to focus on overall strength and technique in the skill lifts.
- Duration: Each day should take 1-1.5 hours depending on day and cycle.
- Program Format: We use TrainHeroic to deliver our programming. It is a free App for our members. It is easy to use and provides all videos and description for each and every exercise.
