PRESENTING THE Phase Method
There is no end goal in fitness. There are only different phases that we all go through. Each one contributing to and overlapping with the next.
Phase 1: Movement mastery
Core - Carry - Crawl - Climb - Condition
Sometimes we just want to own our bodies. We have an inner desire to move better and breathe better.
phase 2: strength acquisition
Push - Pull - Squat - Rotation - Condition
Then there are times that we want to build our bodies with weights.
Phase 3: Skill development
Activity Specific Programs
And occasionally we find that there is a specific sport or activity that we identify with. Weightlifting, powerlifting, OCR, cross-training. We will develop you for any need.
