CAN I JOIN LVB WITHOUT HAVING ANY FITNESS EXPERIENCE?
We have had the pleasure of introducing a large number of beginners to strength and conditioning. Many of which who had never lifted a weight before. We are confident that we can work with anyone who is willing to put in the necessary time and effort.

DO I HAVE TO PERFORM THE OLYMPIC LIFTS IF I JOIN?
No. Not at all. We only care about helping you to reach your goals. Some individuals might not be capable of snatching or cleaning, and for others it might not serve a purpose. Our TRACKS Method of programming makes room for all programming needs.

WILL YOU BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ME WITH MY PAST MEDICAL HISTORY?
LVB is owned and operated by two physical medicine doctors; a chiropractor and a physical therapist. Their doctorates combined with their coaching credentials exist to ensure your safety. At the core of LVB is the mission to make people better movers. We can help anyone to achieve their goals no matter what their past entails.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PROGRAMMING FOR INDIVIDUALS AND GYMS?

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
The easiest way to sign up is to follow our step by step guide and to take advantage of our free trial. When you show up for the first time a coach will help answer all of your questions and help you to decide between a standard or a private membership.

ARE THERE SPECIFIC CLASS TIMES?
No. We are open for over 60 hours per week. You can sign in to our AM or PM sessions and then show up at any time during that session. There is always a coach working and ready to help you. Just give yourself time to finish your programming.
